Bologna is the lively and ancient capital of Emilia-Romagna, in Northern Italy. Piazza Maggiore is a large square surrounded by arcades, medieval and Renaissance buildings such as Palazzo d’Accursio, the Fountain of Neptune and the Basilica of San Petronio. Among the medieval towers of the city stand out the two pendants of Asinelli and that of Garisenda.

Our gastronomic tour in the city will end with an Authentic Bolognese Dinner at Antica Osteria Romagnola, one of the oldest authentic restaurants in Bologna; come with us and you’ll discover the 600’s authentic cellar in the restaurant underground!

It’s time to leave Bologna and go to discover Verona via Private Transfer!

We will stop in MODENA to visit a CHEESE FACTORY: the main product is PARMIGIANO REGGIANO.

Parmigiano Reggiano is produced exclusively in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena and Bologna, its production consists of many stages, but the most important thing is always the raw material: the milk.

At the end of the factory tour, we’ll taste all the products.

After we go to visit the TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR FACTORY.

The traditional production of balsamic vinegar starts with the reduction and concentration by cooking the must of local grapes, the cooked must is then fermented, acetified and aged in wooden cask batteries for a minimum of 12 years, during which the product is further concentrated in a natural way.

We are going to have a unique experience to taste the 150 years old balsamic vinegar with the lunch.

We are going to visit Amarone Winery with lunch, Amarone is one of the most prestigious Italian red wines.

We’ll walk the vineyards that produce its grapes, we‘ll enter the cellars where it ferments and ages and finally we’ll try its wonderful smell and taste.

Many things have remained in the heart of the underground city as evidence of the past two thousand years of history.

Through the magical heart of truffle hunting, we’ll immerse ourselves in a sensory journey from the rich aroma of the forest to the suspense of the wait, culminating in the ecstasy of the discovery.

We will stop in Barolo, an amazing city in Piedmont and we’ll end our tour among the best Italian wineries at Sordo Winery, 8 different Cru.

The winery tour starts from the oldest part of the winery, walking through the large barrels, going down up to 12 meters deep; then through a tunnel that connects the historic winery to the new one, concluding with Wine Dinner at Winery.

It’s time to leave the Piedmont region and reach the city of Milan with our Private Transfer!
